LOL It's funny you say this because we were just having a talk about this at our house! They have all these flavor injectors too! You can ';inject'; your turkey with Cajun flavorings, garlic and herb, and the list is endless - what's the matter with the flavor of turkey??? lol
We are not doing your traditional american turkey here though....We have ALWAYS Barbecued our turkeys on indirect - this year we have so many people coming we are going to also deep fry one. This leaves my oven free to cook other things!I've been looking up turkey recipes and its SCARY!!!?

alright she puts salt and pepper and garlic salt on it and cooks it.
then she makes gravy out of the juice. i think she puts flour in it, and makes really good homeade gravy. try that. its veryyyyyy good(:=]
