Can anyone help me with recipes using lean ground turkey?

Does anyone have some healthy recipes that use lean ground turkey? My boyfriend is diabetic and I'd like to make something nice and healthy for us for dinner tonight. Can anyone help me with recipes using lean ground turkey?
Ingredients:

vegetable oil, about 2 tablespoons

2 pounds lean ground turkey or half lean ground beef and half lean ground turkey

1 large green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup chopped onion

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

1 large can (28 ounces) tomatoes in puree

1 1/2 cups tomato sauce

1 or 2 cans (15 ounces each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup of beer or broth

2 to 4 tablespoons of honey or brown sugar, or to taste

2 envelopes commercial chili mix (for 2 pounds meat)

dash of cayenne pepper, to taste

shredded Monterey Jack cheese, or mild Cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Heat oil in a large kettle or Dutch oven. Brown ground turkey. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or more. Can also be cooked in the crock pot, after the ground turkey has been browned. Top with grated cheese (Mozzarella, cheddar, or Monterrey Jack), sour cream, oyster crackers, chopped onions, taco chips, etc.

Sounds good to me atleast ;) Good LuckCan anyone help me with recipes using lean ground turkey?
no but here is some breakfast ideas:

Really, there's no law. You can use any of the proteins you use at any other meal: fish, poultry, beef, etc. Nothing wrong with eating dinner leftovers - lean steak or PIZZA for breakfast, yum!

If you want to stay with traditional breakfast foods, then milk, yogurt, cheese are good. Grains combined with dairy yield a larger amount of protein than dairy alone, so think cereal with milk, cheese on toast or a bagel, yogurt with granola.

Forgot to mention that if you're in a hurry, drinking a glass of milk is the quickest and best way to go. The experts are saying that three cups of milk a day increases weight loss and helps keep the late-in-the-day appetite down. If you don't like the taste, stir in an equal amount of orange juice. It tastes just like a Creamsicle! If you have a bit of time, use a hand blender to make a milkshake with bananas, berries or magoes.

You can even use tofu - there's a way to make a tofu scramble, like eggs. Scramble it with southwestern veggies or fruits, and it will take on the flavor of what it's cooked with.
My family loves this recipe

Turkey meatloaf !!!

EXTRA LEAN TURKEY MEATLOAF

1-2 packages extra lean ground turkey

2 eggs

packaged bread crumbs

barbecue sauce

1/2 cup green bell pepper

1/2 cup onion

1/2 cup mushroom

Combine meat, eggs and barbecue sauce to your liking. Mix well. It's easiest to do with your very own hands! Add other ingredients, some like less some may like more!

Slowly add bread crumbs to thicken the loaf.

Be careful - adding too much will mean you'll need to add more egg and barbecue sauce.

Bake until thoroughly cooked usually about 45 minutes at 350掳F. But keep an eye on it as it is extra lean so it cooks faster and will dry up. Makes great sandwiches the next day on a French roll with extra barbecue.
How about turkey chili?

I have an awesome turkey chili recipe that is made with whole wheat orzo. It's not diabetic though so eliminate the honey, beer and baked beans (replace with other beans). Here is the recipe in case you're interested: http://chewonthatblog.com/2009/01/19/tur鈥?/a>
I use ground turkey for everything but this is by far my favorite recipe I have, here is the link for when I posted in on a recipe site:

My sister had gestational diabetes and had to change the way she ate while pregnant, I made this for her.... it is one of her favorites!
you can make anything with ground turkey that you would normally with ground beef. Make a meat loaf, or burgers with it, using the same techniques as you would with beef.

I use ground turkey in place of ground beef for meatloaf, chili, tacos, goulash, salisbury steak, or in barley soup. It is just as flavorful as beef in any recipe you would use ground beef in.
