I will be making a turkey for Thanksgiving this year, I understand how to cook it but I don't know what or how to season it. I know I need lots of butter but as far as spices and herbs what do I use? I have been told there is poultry seasoning out there, is that good or should I use something else. Please hurry I have less then 24 hours to figure this out!Turkey recipes.?
Yes the Poultry seasoning works just fine. I personally like to use just rosemary and thyme.Turkey recipes.?
