In a food processor, blend turkey meat, mayo and pickle relish - I use about 2 cups meat, 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup mayo and 1/3 cup relish. This makes a really good spread for toast.
Mix up some leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, grilled onions and chopped potatoes with an egg, then make a big patty and fry it to make turkey hash! Great breakfast food! Serve a sunside up egg on top.
take the turkey that is sliced and put stuffing in the middle and roll it up and add some gravy on top..yummmy

turkey soup and sandwhiches are my favorite.
Turkey pot pie!

Put assorted vegetables (I like a basic bag of frozen peas/carrots/whatever) and chunks of turkey in a pie pan. Pour gravy (or reconstituted cream of whatever soup) over the top. Top with biscuits (homemade or from a can) or pie dough and bake until the biscuits/dough are golden brown and the veggies and soup are hot.

Super fast and super easy. The biscuits make it easier to serve, just scoop around and under one and turn it upside down on a plate, with the meat and veggies on top of the biscuit. Yum!
you take some bread put mayo on all four pieces, then you put the turkey down (however many pieces you want) and add the cranberry sauce. After that you heat it up for 25 seconds.
