Need a shredded turkey sandwich recipe please?

I am having some friends over to celebrate the holiday and a few people do not eat red meat so I decided to make a shredded turkey for sandwiches. Does anyone have an easy recipe they would like to share? Thank you!Need a shredded turkey sandwich recipe please?
SANDWICH SPREAD FOR LEFTOVER MEAT

2 c. meat turkey, roast or chicken

3 tbsp. Miracle Whip or salad dressing

3 dill pickles

1 sm. onion

Grind cooked meat. Add salad dressing, might need more than 3 tablespoons. Cut pickles into small chunks then add to meat. Dice onion then add to meat. Stir with spoon. Add a little season if wanted. If needed to moisten add a little milk or pickle juice.

TURKEY RACHELS

1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing

8 slices pumpernickel or rye bread

4 slices Swiss cheese

Shredded cooked turkey

1 c. coleslaw

Soft butter

Spread salad dressing on 1 side of each bread slice. Arrange cheese, turkey and coleslaw on half of the slices; top with remaining turkey. Spread butter over outsides of sandwiches. Brown sandwiches on both sides in skillet over low heat until cheese has melted. 4 sandwiches.

SANDWICH LOAF

Remove crusts from a Pullman breadloaf that's been cut lengthwise at the bakery. Place a slice on a platter; spread with turkey salad. Lay next slice on top and spread with egg salad; spread the next with ham salad and the next with a cheese spread. Put the top slice on and frost outside of whole loaf with cream cheese that's been thinned with milk to become spreadable. Garnish top with sliced green stuffed olives and sliced ripe olives. Serve 1 inch slices on lettuce leaves.

1. turkey, avocado, bacon, tomato, with swiss or jack cheese

2. turkey, pesto sauce, swiss or jack, and tomato

3. turkey, cranberry sauce/relish, 1.5 teaspoons mayo w/ 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard with arugula greens

serve on ciabatta, french or italian bread
I like to use whole wheat bread with mayo or ranch dressing spread out on the bread. Put the turkey in the sandwich and use some kind of white mild cheese. Swiss or muenster is pretty good.Spinach will make it nice and crunchy. That's a pretty simple recipe, but if you want to be more fancy, use croissants or some other kind of soft white roll. Spread cream cheese on one slice and raspberry preserves on the other (This is to add a little bit of sweetness and flavor. Any kind of fruit preserve will do) and add the turkey and cheese. I do not use spinach

CHEESY TURKEY SANDWICHES

Preparation time: 15 minutes. Baking time: 20 minutes.

Any kind of uncut rolls are good for making these hot sandwiches. Processed American cheese is less expensive than Cheddar cheese and can be substituted, if preferred. 1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. finely diced celery 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sour cream 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard 2 green onions with tops, sliced 2 tsp. sliced stuffed olives 4 round egg rolls or hot dog or hamburger rolls, split Paprika

Or use 1/2 cup mayonnaise.

Mix turkey, 1 cup of the cheese, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, green onions and olives. Scoop out enough of centers from rolls to hold mixture; make crumbs out of centers, if desired. Fill hollows in each roll with about 1/2 cup filling. Sprinkle tops with remaining cheese and paprika. Put on baking sheets. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4 sandwiches.
