preheat your oven to 160 - 170
make a slit in the turkey
just near the neck ,now run your fingers or a metal spoon
under the skin to separate it from the meat
open a 450gm tin of apricots
and flatten them in your hand before gently pushing them under the
turkeys skin ,when all under place turkey in large baking tray with a little olive oil
and poor apricot juice over the turkey
turkey is cooked when juices run clear when pierced with a knife

how about something tasty like
take a turkey
clean the turkey under water and clean the inside make sure to take out the stuff on the inside they put in there then put in a pan with a rack so the fat drips off when u cook it set oven at 400 degrees
use butter or a vegetable oil and lightly rub all over the turkey
then season with pepper salt parsley onion powder or garlic powder and put in the oven for 4 hours depending on size 15 mins per pound i believe it goes by cover the turkey with foil the whole top of pan cover then last hour take cover off

They have a ton of recipes along with ratings and reviews from people who have tried them. I'm going to brine my turkey for the first time. My neighbor who is a gourmet chef swears it is absolutely the best.
