Here are 2 really good ones enjoy
SOUPER'; TURKEY CUTLET
4 turkey cutlets
2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt %26amp; pepper to taste
Brown turkey cutlets lightly and put in bottom of baking dish. Cover cutlets with sliced potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread cream soup over potatoes. Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. (Also delicious with pork chops in place of turkey.)
TURKEY CUTLET SCAMPI
4 turkey cutlets
3 cloves garlic
1/4 lemon
1 med. yellow onion
1/2 cube butter
1 c. rice
1 c. chicken broth
Heat medium pan over medium heat with butter. Add onion and garlic and saute (not brown). Cook turkey until done, not brown, add lemon. Cook rice with chicken broth (no water) until done. Serve cutlets over rice.Turkey cutlets... any good recipes?
This is how I make pork cutlets.....I'm sure you can sub turkey
mix garlic, salt, and pepper with flour
get a dish of milk
dip the meat in the milk, then the flour, then milk again, then flour again
brown over medium heat with a little oil and some onion thrown in for flavor
after they are brown (3-5 minutes) remove from pan, set aside
to pan add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, half a can of milk, turn up heat......use left over flour to mix with water and shake well....use this to thicken your gravy....season the gravy to your likening......turn down to low, return the meat to the pan and simmer for 30-45 minutes
I serve with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole
