I am having a BBQ soon, and would like some recipes for hamburgers either beef, chicken or turkey?

When I make hamburgers out on the grill I put all the hamburger (beef) in a bowl and I add garlic powder and lowerys salt mix it all together. Then I add jalapeno juice to just enough to give it a little kick and then when they are done I put jalapeno and cheese on top.I am having a BBQ soon, and would like some recipes for hamburgers either beef, chicken or turkey?
You can use an egg (or 2, depending on how many your making) and bread crumbs to keep them from falling apart. With a small amount of butter in the center, to keep them juicy. Remember not to press your burgers while cooking, this causes them to loose their juiciness, and will make them dry and tough. I like to make really big ones for the guys. They do shrink after all. I hope that helps.I am having a BBQ soon, and would like some recipes for hamburgers either beef, chicken or turkey?

KEEP IT SIMPLE.
Marinade the chicken in italian dressing, it tastes great and stays moist on the grill.
